This Chief Fire Warden course is designed for personnel specifically working in the capacity of supervisor, trainer, and evacuation plan procedures. This is a nationally accredited training program. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment in the following, PUAFER004 Respond To Facility Emergencies (Fire Evacuation), PUAFER008 and Confine small emergencies in a facility, PUAFER005 Operate as part of an Emergency Control Organisation, and PUAFER006 Lead an Emergency Control Organisation.

CPR & Low Voltage Rescue training is a new course. Completion of UETDRRF004 Perform Rescue from a Live Low Voltage Panel requires the pre-requisites of HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation. This program has been created to include this pre-requisite unit. The training provides participants with the competence required to rescue a person that has been electrocuted whilst using low voltage equipment. Participants will gain the confidence and competence required to perform CPR & Low Voltage Rescue on an unconscious person.

RIIWHS202E Enter and Work in a Confined Space training unit specify the competency required to undertake safe working practices. This unit is appropriate for those working in an operational role at worksites within Civil Construction, Coal Mining, Drilling, Extractive industries & Metalliferous mining. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for RIIWHS202E Enter and Work in Confined Spaces and MSMWHS217 Gas test atmospheres.

RIIWHS202E Enter and Work in a Confined Space training unit specify the competency required to undertake safe working practices. This refresher course revisits participant’s skills and knowledge when entering and working in confined spaces in the Resources and Infrastructure Industries and is appropriate for those already working in operational roles and undertaking work in confined spaces.

This Fire Safety Advisor course is designed for Wardens and Chief Wardens specifically working in the capacity of supervisor, trainer, and evacuation plan procedures. This is a nationally accredited training program. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment in the following, PUAFER001 Identify, prevent and report potential facility emergency situations, PUAFER002 Ensure facility emergency prevention procedures, systems and processes are implemented, and PUAFER003 Manage and monitor facility emergency procedures, equipment and other resources.

This G189 Mine Supervisor course is mandatory for all Supervisors in the mining industry. It meets the fundamental requirements of a Mine Supervisor in the Resources Industry as per s.56 of the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999 and s.51 of the Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Act 1999.
