Fire Safety Advisor

The Fire Safety Advisor course is designed for Wardens and Chief Wardens specifically working in the capacity of supervisor, trainer, and evacuation plan procedures.

This is a nationally accredited training program. Upon successful completion of the program participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for the following competencies;

• PUAFER004 Respond to facility emergencies
• PUAFER008 Confine small emergencies in a facility
• PUAFER005  Operate as part of an emergency control organisation (Fire Warden)
• PUAFER006 Lead an Emergency Control Organisation (Chief Fire Warden)
• PUAFER007  Manage an Emergency Control Organisation
• PUAFER001  Identify, prevent and report potential facility emergency situations  (Fire Safety Advisor including all of the above)
• PUAFER002 Ensure facility emergency prevention procedures, systems and processes are implemented (Fire Safety Advisor including all of the above)
• PUAFER003 Manage and monitor facility emergency procedures, equipment and other resources (Fire Safety Advisor including all of the above)

• Must be over 15 Years of Age
• Must have access to a computer and have basic computer skills
