The Operate and Maintain a 4WD Vehicle training is a practical driving course. It has been developed for those participants specifically working in the resources, infrastructure, construction, gas, oil and energy sectors and familiarises drivers with the correct use of appropriate range (high or low range), gears and techniques. The training will cover how to operate a 4WD vehicle through and over different and difficult terrain.

Before commencement of each course, the trainer will assess participants language, literacy and numeracy levels.  This will help trainers identify learners who need assistance and support and at the same time the suitability and appropriateness to enrol and complete a course.

This is a nationally accredited training program. Upon successful completion of the program participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for TLILIC0005 Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more), and will be eligible to apply for a High-Risk Work License through the QLD Government. Licences are valid for 5 years and you must be 18 to complete the practical assessment.
License to Operate a Forklift Truck Course
This license to operate a forklift truck safely training prepares participants for high-risk work. A person performing this work is required to hold a forklift truck high-risk work (HRW) licence. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for TLILIC0003 License to Operate a Forklift Truck (LF).
Safely Access the Rail Corridor Training
SARC training is suitable for people working within the rail industry and or those who are required to access the rail corridor under supervision in accordance with access provider, legislative and regulatory requirements. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for TLIF2080 Safely Access the Rail Corridor.
