This program has been created to include this pre-requisite unit. The training provides participants with the competence required to rescue a person that has been electrocuted whilst using low voltage equipment. Participants will gain the confidence and competence required to perform CPR & Low Voltage Rescue on an unconscious person.
Note: Those holding an existing ESI or Electrotechnology qualification or equivalent meet the pre-requisite unit requirements.

Before commencement of each course, the trainer will assess participants language, literacy and numeracy levels. This will help trainers identify learners who need assistance and support and at the same time the suitability and appropriateness to enrol and complete a course.
