This BSB41419 Certificate IV Work Health & Safety training is suitable for people working in a WHS role that may or may not work under supervision. They may provide leadership and guidance to others and have some limited responsibility for the output of others. The qualification reflects the role of workers who apply a broad knowledge base and well-developed skills in a wide variety of contexts and may include coordinators, advisors and facilitators.

Before commencement of each course, the trainer will assess participants language, literacy and numeracy levels. This will help trainers identify learners who need assistance and support and at the same time the suitability and appropriateness to enrol and complete a course.
