DESCRIPTION
This skill set is designed for trainers and assessors who deliver non accredited training in the workplace. The volume of learning of a Skill Set is typically up to two months.

These units provide credit towards TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

TARGET GROUP
Workplace trainers and assessors working in as a Trainer and Assessor within their workplace delivering non accredited training outcome (Workplace Skills).

PROGRAM OPTIONS
- Face to Face Workshops (2 days) plus practical assessment conducted in either a workplace or simulated environment. An additional day can be added to complete workplace assessments if students have access to internal workplace assessment tools.
Duration: 2 Days (plus workplace assessments or additional training day )
Cost: MKY $650 MBH $700
OUTCOMES
This is a nationally accredited training program. Upon successful completion of the 2 units of competency, participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment issued by Sharp5 RTO# 40478

2. If I have only complete the Enterprise Trainer and Assessor Skill Set can I work for a Registered Training Company?

3. I have a certificate under the BSZ training package can I do a Refresher?
No, no this qualification was superseded and is no long equivalent to any of the current competencies
4. I have a certificate under the TAA training package can I do a Refresher?
No, no this qualification was superseded and is no long equivalent to any of the current competencies
5. Does my Trainer and Assessor Qualification Expiry?
Technically no unless it is superseded by a new qualification and is determined not equivalent, there also may be a requirement for refresher training in your industry, check with your employer.
