It is relevant to trainers or facilitators who work under limited supervision to design or develop, learning programs that are discrete and provide a planned learning approach that relates to specific learning and training needs or part of the learning design for a qualification. This TAE design cluster is designed for trainers and assessors who deliver non-accredited training or work with other trainers in delivering nationally recognised training.
The TAESS00015 Enterprise Trainer Assessor Skill Set should be completed first before completing the TAE Design Cluster. The TAE Delivery Cluster can be completed after the TAE Design Cluster.
This is a nationally accredited training program. Upon successful completion of all 3 units of competency, participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment.
